Growing up, I practically lived at my maternal grandparents’ home. I ate most of my meals at this cozy, brick house in the country. My grandmother spoiled me when I was young. Every weekend, she took me shopping with her. And, I usually came home with something new. My grandfather played catch and checkers with me often. He was always a wonderful listener as well.
